High purity recombinant Phosphotransacetylase (B. subtilis) for use in research, biochemical enzyme assays and 
in vitro diagnostic analysis.

Acetyl-CoA: orthophosphate acteyltransferase; Phosphate acetyltransferase.

Recombinant from B. subtilis. 
In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate. This enzyme is commonly used, in conjunction with 
acetate kinase, for the measurement of acetic acid.

Specific activity: 18,325 U/mg (25^oC, pH 7.4).

Stable at 4^oC for > 2 years.
